In a time when you realize you have no hot water, it is comforting to know that Itak is there to help. I have had a long history with Itak, changing from oil to gas, decades ago, and then maintaining constant service when things needed care,This company is a 5-star HVAC company, which I not only appreciate, but rely on for great service.

My request for an after hours visit on a Friday was handled promptly by Alex, who was very knowledgeable, thorough & patient! Not only did he take the time to get to the root of the issue, he also explained the problem to me so that I could truly understand. I will be using Itak again for future service needs!

This is a great company. I have been using them for about 7 years now for servicing my AC and heat. All of the technicians have been very professional and knowledgeable. Today I met John D. Super nice young guy who was very helpful. Another great team member.

I have had a maintenance contract with ITAK for 8 years and all of the techs are professional and reliable. They recently replaced my entire system and did a great job with the install and communicating throughout the process.

Have always used ITAK for my HVAC needs. This is for a Hot-Water heater. They used a well respected brand with a great warranty. The install was very clean and they even replaced my sprinkler shut off valve.

I love the fact that I called this morning and the phone was answered immediately by a friendly voice. Then I I received a phone call from Alex saying he was on his way and did I need anything at the gas station to drink? I was absolutely amazed at this customer service. He was friendly and courteous knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them

A friendly voice answered me on an early Sunday evening and had someone here an hour later to check my furnace! I can’t recommend this company enough. I have dealt with them for years and am always struck by their knowledge, neatness, and quick response. I even got a follow-up call to check the results! You’d do well to keep their number handy!!

Air conditioner replaced after losing it during the heat wave in June. Itak was amazing! Matthew, Colby and Scott were professional and friendly, completing the work in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate the thought and care taken keeping everything neat and clean. Highly recommend!!
