Our heat died and we gave them a call.Within an 1 1/2 the repairman was here. He not only fix it but did maintenance on it as well. We highly recommend this company for your whatever you made need done.

Excellent service and arrived when they said they would arrive. He did a great job Installing our new water heater. They squeeze us in after we lost our hot water. I would highly recommend them. I believe their prices are fair and we will be using them again.

Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They removed a mini spit unit that wasn't working. They kept the work area neat and cleaned up really well. No spare parts left behind :) Their prices are fair and reasonable.

Contacted ITAK to discuss a water heater replacement. Larry came out same day to discuss options; he was very knowledgeable and professional. Wayne called me the next day with a better option for my needs and so I agreed to do the install. Will and Matt showed up on Tuesday ready to work and get it done. They too were knowledgeable and friendly. I'm always nervous with these kinds of things and the guys put me right at ease. The job was done in under 3 hours and I couldn't be happier. Professional job start to finish. A1 stand up company.

Reached out to ITAK for a furnace repair. They came out timely and repaired the furnace but did a courtesy check of the heat exchanger and noticed a hole. They showed it to me on the camera as I was skeptical at first. After researching the danger of continuing to operate the furnace like this, I decided we needed to replace the unit. I decided to replace both of my furnaces and the price was extremely reasonable. They also credited the initial repair into the price. I had a lot of questions and they could have easily gotten annoyed with me but their managers all took the time to speak to me and explain everything. The installation went great and they were super clean and considerate of where I wanted pipes to be located. They threw in a few additional things and couldn’t be happier. System is running great.

We had no heat last night and it was cold. I contacted ITAK on Sunday evening and they came out first thing in the morning. Tech arrived at 7:15am and identified the issue and was able resolve the issue the in no time. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and AC needs. I was so impressed that I even signed up for their service plan!!! Thank you ITAK, job well done!!!
