ALEX, truly a young Professional serviced the home I am presently in. A gentleman from the moment I opened the door to greet him, he was. His knowledge base of the service he provides, enjoyment of it, and...his caring of tge people he meets/serves...very apparent. Every single question I asked of him, he clearly explained. His patience in my understanding of, was very much appreciated by me. Yes, overall rating for ALEX, the company, a BIG 5.

Chris came out the same day and was very thorough. He checked everything out with the heater and then installed new thermostats. They are the best at ITAK!

Alex was extremely professional, courteous, and polite. Geez- he even offered to pick up coffee for me! ( which he did for my wife who was home at the time). After confirming that both systems were safe to operate, he concisely explained the issues without pressuring to make immediate repairs. I will review his written evaluation and can make an educated decision. This is a relief, other contractors I’ve dealt with as a facility manager could learn a lesson here…
