Techs arrived bright and early, got right to work, and it was "full steam ahead" through the better part of the day until they finished late afternoon. Cleaned up the worksite like nothing ever was done, explained and demoed how the new thermostat worked, and left.

ITAK is in a league of their own!! They take a humanistic approach with a professional flare!! I have never met such high qualified individuals with such knowledge, yet they are able to communicate with the customer in a way the customer understands!! Always there for you from beginning to end!! From install to maintenance!! Itak is the best, a top 10 for sure!

Great service

ITAK Heating & Cooling always provides great service and are true professionals. Wouldn’t recommend any other HVAC company. Last week I had my HVAC company (ITAK Heating and Cooling) come out to inspect one of my AC units as it wasn’t working properly. Julian was my technician and having him work with us previously we knew the type of professionalism he would display. It was determined that a new AC unit would be required. After receiving 3 different options and price points, we decided on a unit and time/date for installation. Brad and Alex were the technicians assigned to the job and they were absolutely fantastic. Brad has worked on the installation of my furnace in 2021 so we knew what a pro he was. Alex was also very professional and knowledgeable. The guys are always very polite, knowledgeable and clean. I wouldn’t use any other HVAC company.

I just had my 2nd floor AC replaced with a Carrier Infinity system by this company and couldn't recommend them more. Alex, Brad, and a third guy did an excellent job with the install. They put down drop cloths and were very neat and organized. They showed up on time and took the time to explain how out new thermostat works. They left our closet exactly as it was before removing and replacing the air handler from the attic. Larry was our sales person- he came out and gave us a very detailed proposal, actually went into the attic to investigate the job. These guys are professionals from sales to installers.

Had my regular annual service for my furnace this morning, tech Julian arrived right on time and handled everything as always, professional and friendly service. Very satisfied with ITAK for both my AC and furnace service, happy customer for years!

Kobe performed maintenance service on my Navien combi hot water heater/boiler today! He is a very knowledgable and polite employee and explained every aspect of the process. Also, a courtesy system check was performed on the new A/C sysyem they installed in July 2024. Kobe did a thirough job and was very efficient. Another pleasant experience with ITAK Heating and Cooling!!!

Kevin was great. Came out and diagnosed a crack in our heat exchanger and gave us a quote for a complete new unit. Looking forward to the upgrade!

The blower fan in my HVAC air handler died in the middle of a hot spell. ITAK scheduled a repair call and showed up on time. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They analyzed the problem and were able to replace the component. Their communication is excellent; they are neat, reliable and fair. I am extremely pleased with their work.

Great experience with ITAK! Had my air conditioner and furnace replaced due to age. From comparing different options of equipment to the installation of the new units everything was simple. Definitely would recommend ITAK to anyone looking for a great experience and great service.

Had tankless hot water heater, new gas furnace and A/C unit installed. Everything went well. Great service! , Nice clean work and friendly staff.

The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The whole process was handled efficiently from the estimates to the finances to the installation. ITAK did everything the said they would do and when they would do it. No surprise charges. Everything was included in the original estimate. While having to replace a central AC system in the middle of a heat wave is never fun, it was a pleasure working with a team this honest and this good.
