My furnace’s heat exchanger cracked and ITAK was able to install a new Carrier heat pump and get our heat back just before a 1 foot of ice and snow came. The new heat pump has been working great and we haven’t needed to turn the electric backup reheat on yet!

Our heat stopped working during an extreme cold snap. I called ITAK at 3:30 on a Sat & had someone there by 6:30 that same day. They were professional & polite, got the heat working quickly & explained the problem. We purchased our furnace years ago from ITAK and have had nothing but a great experience every time with them.

Gave them a call in his crazy cold snap here in New Jersey and they were very accommodating got out here and repaired the problem at a timely manner

We are very pleased with Alex the technician who came to the house on Saturday to fix our heating system. He took the time to explain to us what was wrong and what was needed. He got it fixed. When it wasn’t enough they ordered the part and returned to replace it. I would definitely recommend them. ITAK RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. THANK YOU

Remarkable response to furnace repair today

Excellent service and arrived when they said they would arrive. He did a great job Installing our new water heater. They squeeze us in after we lost our hot water. I would highly recommend them. I believe their prices are fair and we will be using them again.

Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They removed a mini spit unit that wasn't working. They kept the work area neat and cleaned up really well. No spare parts left behind :) Their prices are fair and reasonable.

Contacted ITAK to discuss a water heater replacement. Larry came out same day to discuss options; he was very knowledgeable and professional. Wayne called me the next day with a better option for my needs and so I agreed to do the install. Will and Matt showed up on Tuesday ready to work and get it done. They too were knowledgeable and friendly. I'm always nervous with these kinds of things and the guys put me right at ease. The job was done in under 3 hours and I couldn't be happier. Professional job start to finish. A1 stand up company.

Matt and the other worker did a great job installing/correcting the heating system exhaust pipe which another company placed in a spot that had the fumes right outside our back door. ITAK was very professional from the estimate to the service they are my new HVAC company
