From my first call to set up an appointment to provide options for my AC needs, to Larry evaluating and providing an estimate for the various options and then correspondence with Chrissie who is managing paperwork and permits, ITAK employees are very knowledgeable and professional. We have been customers for a very long time mostly for heating and now for AC. I highly recommend.

Alex O. was here today to fix my furnace and as usual did a great job. Their servicemen are always professional and knowledgeable. I've used this Company for many years I trust them and have recommended them to others who have said they also have gotten excellent service.

I did my research on a few companies and made the best choice with ITAK Heating & Cooling. From start to finish they were thorough in every aspect. Larry was my first contact with ITAK and he was excellent. I had A LOT of questions and Larry answered each one with patience. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, attentive to details, neat, and professional. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you, ITAK team!

A very huge thank you to ITAK Heating & Cooling for installing my new furnace/ac today. From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication, took their time being neat and careful going in and out of the house and explained everything to me once they were complete. Everyone i dealt with was nothing short of amazing. Paul, Leah and Chrissy in the office and the workers Kevin Matt and Tom thank you all so much I’m so excited to have heat again!!

30 years ago ITAK cared for the heating needs of the church where I served. 18 years later, after superstorm Sandy flooded the basement of our home, it was ITAK who came to our rescue, quickly and ably replacing our ruined boiler system. Recently, when it came to updating our system, we knew exactly who to call. Paul, Larry, Matthew and the whole crew couldn't be more personable & professional. With fair pricing, excellent workmanship, a demonstrated care for their customers and workspace (yes, they're neat, too!), what more could you ask for?

Itek service guy , Larry, did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable! Our no heat problem was not easy to diagnose but ended up as a relatively simple fix probably associated with a filter that clogged earlier than expected. Larry spent the time to check the entire system and also find another issue that may have been present since system installed. Very impressed.

ITAK Heating and Cooling is excellent. They responded back as soon as I texted them. Our furnace wasn't working upon waking up this morning. They were at our house in a timely manner, listened to what was wrong and fixed the problem. Definitely highly recommend.

Guys were great

Reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. And they even followed up with a phone call after to confirm if we were happy with the service. FYI, they are trained to do work on split units (combo A/C and heat units), and did good work for us to relocate a split unit to a new spot, and return later to trouble shoot for me. I’d recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service from the start. Paul took his time to explain my options. Wayne, Brad and Pete did the install of my furnace and a/c quickly, quietly and neatly . Left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommended. Maintenance visits over the past 5 yrs have been excellent

Great company

We were having issues with a very old boiler that quit during a very cold snap. ITAK gave us a credit for all the work they did on the old boiler and installed a new one within days. They worked with us to figure out an option that worked for us and did it very skillfully. I highly recommend them!

ITAK was great. They came out on Saturday for emergency call. Very professional and friendly.

It just dosent get any better than these guys. Responsive, neat, accurate and qualified. My water heater blew Thursday night. They were here Friday morning with a new water heater. 2 guys over more than 4 hours did a perfect job. I so appreciate this kind of company.
