This is the second time I have used ITAK. They are meticulous in every aspect of the job. The price was right. the crew is professional, efficient, respectful and tidy. When someone new came, they introduced themselves and kept us informed. Chrissy in the office goes above and beyond. I highly recommend.

ITAK Heating & Cooling always provides great service and are true professionals. As a member of their Comfort Club program, today we had our AC tuneups to get us ready for warm temps once Mother Nature takes her head out of her ass. Alex O and his partner John were my technicians and they were absolutely terrific. Both individuals displayed excellent skills and communications in explaining what service needed to be done on one of my older units. Having the Comfort Club provided us with some additional savings which always helps. Every time we have either a heating or cooling issue, ITAK always provides us great service and we are very happy with them. I would recommend them for all of your heating/cooling needs.

The ITAK team went above and beyond installing our new air conditioning system. We were in process of moving and the ITAK team was able to install our new AC system within a short timeframe. The installation team delivered what they promised, they were professional, courteous, and highly competent. They left our home cleaner than they found it., explained system functionality and followed-up the next day. I would highly recommend ITAK for your air conditioning and heating needs.

Itak always does a great job of maintaining my systems. The tech (Alex) was timely, very thorough and knowledgeable . Thanks for the great work. Part of my spring mtce was to add an Air Scrubber. This device was added professionally and is now an important part of my Air system. Thanks to Alex for the info details of the scrubber. His explanation was right on point.

Service call performed as expected.

Dan C. talked to me on the phone before coming to try and problem solve. He then explained what he would do when he came out to my home. Was an amazing experience! Came on time. Explained everything to me. Was nice, friendly and treated me like family. He even took the time to speak to my electrician to help with the problem that’s happening with the control panel to problem solve the concern. I would highly recommend them.

Technician Julian was exceptional! He arrived at our home promptly and got to work assessing our HVAC system. He was very thorough and kept us informed of his findings with detailed photos. Julian was very professional and polite. What stood out the most was his honesty and integrity. We encountered multiple HVAC companies that attempted to scam us indicating that our 13 yr old regularly maintained unit needed to be replaced immediately. Julian confirmed our system was in good working order and should last a few more years. I would highly recommend ITAK and Julian to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Great company to work with and entire process and install was seamless!

Matthew and Scott were the installers of a new furnace/AC in our condo. They did an excellent job. They took great care in protecting our unit as they were moving old unit out and bringing new unit in. They answered all our questions and left everything neat and clean when they finished. We've been customers of ITAK for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their personnel and the quality of their work. We were not surprised that today's installation was very smooth and efficient thanks to Matthew and Scott.
