Alex was extremely professional, courteous, and polite. Geez- he even offered to pick up coffee for me! ( which he did for my wife who was home at the time). After confirming that both systems were safe to operate, he concisely explained the issues without pressuring to make immediate repairs. I will review his written evaluation and can make an educated decision. This is a relief, other contractors I’ve dealt with as a facility manager could learn a lesson here…

ITAK Heating and Cooling is the best! Paul (the owner), his entire crew, and office staff always provide great service. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and are skilled at communicating the services being provided. I recently had my heating and cooling systems replaced (it was time to upgrade the last system ITAK installed 17 yrs ago), and the crew did a great job. The installation was super and they left everything neat and clean. And the price was right! ITAK Is extremely reliable and they show up on time for scheduled service and respond quickly to emergency calls. I highly recommend ITAK!!

Excellent service. Technicians are very knowledgeable, they are neatly dressed, courteous, and even put bootees over their shoes so as not to soil your floors.

Had issue on 85 degree day. I called them and they were at my house 30 minutes later. Great service.

Our 8 year old Navien hot water/heating system needed a new motor and circuit board. Ouch!! But ITAK came promptly, Larry is a great technician (knowledgeable and friendly), the repair went perfectly, and the price with our total-care plan was reasonable (about $2500).
