Kobe performed maintenance service on my Navien combi hot water heater/boiler today! He is a very knowledgable and polite employee and explained every aspect of the process. Also, a courtesy system check was performed on the new A/C sysyem they installed in July 2024. Kobe did a thirough job and was very efficient. Another pleasant experience with ITAK Heating and Cooling!!!

The blower fan in my HVAC air handler died in the middle of a hot spell. ITAK scheduled a repair call and showed up on time. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They analyzed the problem and were able to replace the component. Their communication is excellent; they are neat, reliable and fair. I am extremely pleased with their work.

Great experience with ITAK! Had my air conditioner and furnace replaced due to age. From comparing different options of equipment to the installation of the new units everything was simple. Definitely would recommend ITAK to anyone looking for a great experience and great service.

The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The whole process was handled efficiently from the estimates to the finances to the installation. ITAK did everything the said they would do and when they would do it. No surprise charges. Everything was included in the original estimate. While having to replace a central AC system in the middle of a heat wave is never fun, it was a pleasure working with a team this honest and this good.

ITAK in general and Kevin in particular are amazing to work with!! From the initial installation to the maintenance visits, I have always received professional, knowledgeable, clean and friendly service.

As luck would have it, on July 2 my 2nd floor split system A/C unit stopped working I called ITAK Heating and Cooling and they dispatched Larry Sensini to assess the situation and provide an estimate the morning I called. Larry arrived and provided me a detailed estimate to replace my split system within 15 minutes following the inspection. The work was scheduled for July 5 (July 4 being a holiday). Chris L. arrived as promised on July 5 between 8-9 AM. Chris was polite, and very efficient as we reviewed the work to be performed prior to starting. Chris placed canvas mats from the door entrance up a flight of stairs to the attic access on the 2nd floor. Chris began the process of removing the old split system and was joined by Alex who was as pleasant if not more personable than Chris. They worked very diligently and precisely notwithstanding the 90+ degree temperature and humidity. They were joined later by Thomas who was equally as capable and proficient. Given the heat and humidity they did not compromise on quality and detail. The work was completed at 6 PM and after they cleaned up, you could not tell that anyone was at the house replacing an A/C System. These young men are to be commended for their expertise and work dedication and ITAK's ability to provide such well trained professionals. I am very satisfied with the work performed and with ITAK as a whole and I highly recommend them!
